Job Purpose:
Design and management of end-to-end product launches and campaigns for Prepaid, Postpaid, Mobile Broadband and Internet SIM segments.
Responsible for execution of segment strategy including but not limited to product portfolio enrichment, subscriber base management and revenue maximization.
Assist in the development of segment strategy:
• The Develop dashboards to monitor internal and external KPIs with a keen eye on the changing trends.
• Identify gaps in the portfolio, suggest changes and implement suggestions.
• Develop new ideas to increase revenue and subscriber engagement.
• Ability to understand problem statement, find analytical answers and propose solutions.
• Connect and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.
